JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing complex issues, and performing root cause analysis to resolve problems efficiently.
- Identify and assess software components to ensure compatibility, plan and coordinate the integration process, and ensure that all systems meet specified requirements.
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation related to system integration processes.
- Rigorously test integrated systems to ensure they meet functionality and performance standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in system integration, software development, or IT engineering.
- Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data formats such as JSON/XML.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- In-depth understanding of system integration processes and practices.
