JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive product CARD portfolio growth
- Improve CARD products by utilizing a deep understanding of market segmentation, customer needs, customers’ pain points, and a better marketing approach
- Develop and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy for new product launches, campaigns, and enhancements
- Drive product adoption and usage by running customer-focused marketing campaigns
- Create sales enablement to support the sales team with the understanding of the product feature benefits user experience, business value, and its market implications
- Optimize marketing budget with limited resources to prioritize efforts to generate optimum returns
- Get new product ideas and identify new opportunities by using marketing research, competitive analysis, and customer engagements
- Do pre/post-analyze the impact of mkt campaigns, new product launches, and incentive programs
- Drive alignment among cross-functional teams using report evidence and sharing knowledge
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Marketing or Business Management
- At least 3 years of marketing or commercial experience
- Product portfolio management
- Product marketing management
- Identify new Card product opportunities
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies for Card products
- Establishing the Card’s value proposition, positioning, and messaging
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
