JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure servers, manage server resources, and monitor server performance
- Ensure that the database is running efficiently, perform regular backups, and ensure that data is secure
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance on technical matters, and coordinate with other departments to resolve technical issues
- Ensure that the platform is up to date, optimize the platform for performance, and integrate new features and functionality
- Implement security protocols, monitor security threats, and manage security incidents
- Monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in technical operations including management
- Expertise in server infrastructure management, database management, and e-commerce platform management.
- Strong technical skills in programming languages such as RoR or Nodejs.
- Experience with security protocols and incident management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
