- Data Analysis/Data Modelling/Data Set
- Join with data engineer and data architecture to analysis data for reporting purpose.
- Jasper Reports/WingBI Server
- Monitor Jasper, WingBI internal reporting platform to ensure service availability. Check logs and manage user accounts.
- BI Ticket request
- Resolve all tickets of any reporting from all departments.
- Support to analysis data from partner or third party to support reporting and analytics purpose
- Dual core supporting
- Support and resolve issues belong to all Wing core platform on reporting or data
- At least 2 years experiences In data analysis, business concept & flow and reporting platform
- In Oracle database, Postgres, SQL Server & Data warehouse
- Creative, good problem solving and research skills
- Good understanding of mobile money system, core banking, digital ecommerce
- Business analysis, operation reporting, business concept, product feature
- Highly complex problem-solving and critical thinking
- Good communication with relevant stakeholders
- Adapt with changed management and new environment
- Highly flexible and work under pressure
- Good on people and task management
