Develop strategic plan of both cards and acquiring business roadmap accordance to company goal/direction.
Manage all cards issuing & acquiring project development to ensure the timeline set have been delivered and efficiency.
Build up issuing and acquiring payment conceptual and innovating products in order to be competitive in the market.
Develop annual action plan of new initiative, prove of improvement/enhancement the existing products.
Gather and write business concept/requirement, develop business case, projection, and propose for approval.
Jointly work with relevant departments to build the functionalities, non-functionalities, system dimension, scoping for Card Management System to ensure the sustainability of business expansion for long.
Develop new payment partners for both revenue and strategic by working with relevant commercial department and management.
Monitor the project progressive moment by working with PMO and department heads.
Working with Visa/Mastercard/UPI and other payment partners for the commercial deal, new product development, innovation and driven existing product by leveraging business proposal to get partnership sponsor of budget and other technical matter.
Gather voice from consumer acquisition team, merchant management team and other relevant team to build up new conceptual use case(s) and propose for improvement and new development if need.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or related field;
Minimum five years of working experience in marketing, cards & payment industrial;
In-depth business understanding of FinTech/Bank;
In-depth knowledge of brand/product/portfolio management, marketing management, project management.
Excellent follow-up, communication, negotiation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
