Job Responsibilities

  • Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
  • Accurately identifying a customer’s query and providing a quick resolution
  • Provide friendly and responsive customer service on the phone by using excellent customer service skills
  • Perform all admin tasks as requested efficiently and following processes
  • Any other tasks will assigned by manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree 3rd year university on related field
  • Strong Customer Service skills, commitment and a desire to satisfy the customer
  • English proficiency, and Chinese is an advantage/ Computer literacy (MS. Office)
  • Dynamic, flexibility and strong commitment / Proficiency with technology or phone systems
