Job Responsibilities
- Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
- Accurately identifying a customer’s query and providing a quick resolution
- Provide friendly and responsive customer service on the phone by using excellent customer service skills
- Perform all admin tasks as requested efficiently and following processes
- Any other tasks will assigned by manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree 3rd year university on related field
- Strong Customer Service skills, commitment and a desire to satisfy the customer
- English proficiency, and Chinese is an advantage/ Computer literacy (MS. Office)
- Dynamic, flexibility and strong commitment / Proficiency with technology or phone systems
