Job Responsibilities
- Manage service delivery for a suite of customers and provide day to day operational guidance to smoothly SMEs acquisition process
- Maintain high retention rate of SME customers - customer relationship
- Make sure KYC are accurate and valid
- Support corporate business team for specific projects
- Support tasks as assigned by line manager
Job Requirements
- B.A. in Sales & Marketing or others…
- 1 - 2 years as sales or account management support
- Good communications, customer relationship, computer literature and Microsoft Office
