Main Responsibilities
- Greeting with a warm welcome
- Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
- Open and close account
- Attend to customers' enquiries related to the Bank products and service with quick resolution
- Build client networks and maintain good relationship to increase the bank business
Jobs Requirement
- University or fresh graduate are highly recommended
- One year experience in Finance Institution
- Good oral, writen and communication skills in English/Chinese priority
- Computer literate( Ms. Word and MS. Excel)
