Job Descriptions

  • Handle all inbound and outbound remittance dispute case
  • Handle all local transfer between WING account dispute case
  • Handle all dispute case with SME partner
  • Assist Care Centre team, Sale team, Retail Store and Payment team on complaint handling from customer, WCXs, and payroll staff
  • Ensuring 95% General Dispute cases are solving within SLA
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of outputs within agreed timeframes
  • Ensuring the dispute resolution policies and procedures are followed by staff member
  • Provide advice and support to solve customer complaints
  • Proactive to solve disputes from external customer
  • Proactively promote a service provider relationship with internal and external customers, based on mutual understanding of roles and agreed standards for performance and interactions
  • Assist line manager to control aging SLA tracking, improve internal communication and service qualities
  • Assist line manager to prepare the report to partner and internal relevant team
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Law or other related fields
  • Experience in investigation, compliance, finance, audit, distribution channel, legal, equivalent
  • Good at investigation, analytical, and problem solving
  • English proficiency, and other languages is preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience in problem solving skill
  • Having experience coaching more junior team members on how to complete disputes tasks
  • Having strong decision making and investigative skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written English Excellence organization and time management skills
  • Having high level of confidentiality, integrity and business ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
