This position includes recruiting and assisting merchants on mobile payment solutions (offline payment acceptance-local and international), Wingmall delivery service and Bank products/services. The person must be a great teammate with the ability to deliver results to meet the target in a dynamic and ever-changing environment with good interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring own performance monthly and thrive to deliver result to meet the KPI set for merchant recruitment (KHQR, International payment (Wechat & Alipay..), Wingmall, Bank account opening and Deposit
- Finding/research new target merchant under the set category and well-presented about the product/service
- Responding to merchant inquiries both existing and new even out of office hours
- Maintaining good relationship with existing partners
- Working with all various stakeholders: technology, marketing, operation, legal, Risk compliance, and project team etc. where applicable to successfully onboard new merchant or support the request from merchant in order to bring good customer experience and satisfaction
- Updating the progress of weekly/monthly engagement and achievement to line manager on time as management needs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other relevant fields
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales / customer service or in similar position in related field
- Strong commitment to work with wide types of customers;
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
- Good in oral and written English and Khmer communication skills, Chinese is an advantage;
- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills;
- Goal orientation and drive for performance;
- Friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.
- Able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
