JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the company's infrastructure and core applications in an effective manner.
- Fault handling and escalation within ticket systems
- Centralize contact point when all system goes down or disconnect.
- Analyze and implement requirements for system/application and reporting enhancements.
- Apply automation principles whenever possible.
- Monitoring servers, network, Application, and virtualization technology
- Keep incident and problem records for the IT & Risk department.
- Provide direct supervision of NOC technicians to ensure assigned duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain NOC Technician scheduling to ensure appropriate shift coverage in a 24x7 environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, preferably in the field of Computer Science.
- Minimum 3-year experience in NOC or related field
- Understands day-to-day IT operations and business impact.
- Practices and standards in dealing with external partners.
- Awareness of infrastructure performance monitoring capabilities
