Job Descriptions
- Allocate share subscription for IPO share/stock follow requirement from SERC
- Fully acting administrative work related to issuer company
- Preparing report on the completion and success of the securities depositing
- Administration works related to the changes in ownership register, preparing reports, statistics
- Maintaining and managing the securities owners' books
- Calculating dividend or other payments provided for securities holders
- Payment on behalf of the issuers to securities holders or other relevant parties
- Report to SERC as necessary
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field Education Experience
- 3 years of working experiences in banking, financial services and securities sector
- Leadership, Interpersonal and Analyst sale skill
- Computer literature, Ms Word, Excel, other
