JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approve all kind of customer’s request ticket through system in a quick and high responsible manner
- Support & consult with Call Center, Digital Customer Service, Customer Service Support agents on complexity of inquiries and request related to account and card servicing
- Proactively work with respective leader and head of department on gap finding for improvement
- Support inbound call whenever there is hit call during salary day, system downtime, abnormal call traffic whenever assigned by line manager
- Immediately report to line manager for actions if there is any internal or external fraud case is found through account and card servicing process
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
JOBS REQUIREMENT
- 2 years’ experience in Call Center, Customer service, business communication, banking
- Call Center & Customer service Flat form
- Fintech Ten
- Financial bank system
- Process and training
