JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement, and review industry-standard IT Assurance frameworks, policies, procedures and standards
- Implement and communicate the Bank information cyber security policy, standards and guidelines ensuring these remain fit-for-purpose and in line with Bank investment appetite.
- Implement and monitor reporting mechanisms for governance, cyber security and risk management practices.
- Contribute to Information Cyber Security training and awareness initiatives to maximize staff awareness and compliance.
- Contribute to Information Cyber Security training and awareness initiatives to maximize staff awareness and compliance.
- Support subject matter knowledge, identify and monitor environmental and IT assurance and information security
- industry trends, current and emerging technologies and issues, and related legislative, legal and statutory changes
- Assist between internal and external firm Audit, BNC PCI-DSS, ISO 27K and other.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated bachelor’s degree of Information Technology, preferably in the field of Computer Science.
- 3 years in an IT security governance and compliance management experience.
- Industry recognized training in security
- 2+ years working within the information field, with emphasis on security operations, assurance, governance, and audit
- Experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance management.
- Experience writing policies, procedures, and controls in one or more standards/frameworks.
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols and network security methodologies.
- Knowledge of risk management processes.
- Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
