Senior SME Business Solutions Specialist, to align with Business Strategies, this role will have to explore more collaboration opportunities with new and existing partners to offer additional services related to online and offline collection & disbursement and mobile phone top up as a service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead team to make the deal closed and monitor to ensure the end-to-end onboarding flow.
- Explore new prospect partners and offer the solution services.
- Ensure on time response to external and internal stakeholders and strive to have the problem solved.
- Properly monitor and guide team to record project/pipeline status
- Draw solutions Wing can offer by understanding partner needs and propose solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in any related in Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales (Business Solutions) in financial / technical solutions sector.
- Strong capability in understanding nature of Business of SME partners and communicate well with relevant stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Good communication, both in writing and speaking in English and Khmer, and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Proficient in the standard MS Office products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to a fast pace, dynamic work environment.
- Aptitude to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, staying on target with deadlines and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate insight of payment gateway & integration works
- Performs other duties as necessary
