JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead commercial strategy for bundled banking account packages, ensuring competitive differentiation and scalable growth.
- Work closely with business & technical teams to launch the packages in different platforms tailoring to different segments' needs.
- Own market survey to understand & propose fit package value proposition for each business banking segments.
- Identify potential merchants & create lead acquisition/referral campaigns.
- Review customer journey & reduce friction in merchant package onboarding.
- Develop & launch self-onboarding journey with sales & technical team.
- Analyze package profitability & promote package upgrade after onboarding.
- Translate data & insights into actionable business propositions that drive business banking customer acquisition and retention.
- Leverage or elevate all Wing bank products & services promotion for cross-sales & up-sales.
- Utilize all communication channels to maximize customers' awareness & adaptabilities.
- Monitor, evaluate and adjust offerings to merchants.
- Conduct monthly review to maximize NPS of merchant packages onboarding.
- Work closely with Customer experience team to review & monitor merchant inquiries, complaint & issue resolution.
- Keep up-to-date competitor activity review.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years in Business banking management, merchant management or related fields.
- Exposure to merchant ecosystems, supply chain finance, and cash management solutions.
- Proven track record of running acquisition/retention/win-back campaigns - merchant related is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities & deliver tailored solutions.
- Experience in policy formulation, product governance, and risk assessment.
- Customer segmentation & Product knowledge.
- Product lifecycle & user experience concepts.
- Product go-to-market strategy, data analytics & Performance management.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement.
