NCS Fund Transfer is a manual inter-bank transfer system that allows Wing customers to send money from their Wing accounts to local bank accounts in Cambodia.
2. Who is eligible to perform NCS Fund Transfer?
NCS Fund Transfer is only available to Wing customers with fully verified accounts. Customers with non-KYC or partial KYC accounts must upgrade their account verification status at a Wing branch or agent before they can use NCS Fund Transfer.
3. How many bank members can I transfer money to?
You can transfer money to the following bank members:
1. Sathapana
2. ABA
3. Acleda
4. Amret
5. Prasac
4. Can I transfer cross-currency?
No, NCS Fund Transfer only supports transfers in the same currency.

NCS Fund Transfer supports USD and KHR.
6. What is the daily transaction limit for USD or KHR?
The daily transaction limit is $100,000 or 400,000,000 KHR.
7. What are the transaction amount range and transfer fee?
1. Transaction amount range: $0.01 - $100,000 or 100 KHR - 400,000,000 KHR
2. Transfer fee: 0.05% of the transfer amount, with a minimum fee of $5 or 20,000 KHR
8. How do I perform a fund transfer via NCS through the Wing Bank app?
1. Launch the Wing Bank App
2. Tap on Local Transfer
3. Select Wing Bank to Other Bank and then NCS.
4. Choose your Wing Bank account and the bank you want to transfer money to.
5. Enter the recipient's details, such as their name, bank account number, amount, and purpose.
6. Agree to the terms and conditions

9. How long does it take for the recipient to receive the funds?
The recipient will usually receive the funds within 2 business days.
10. How can I cancel a transaction if I change my mind or send it to the wrong recipient account?
You cannot cancel a transaction once it has been completed through the Wing Bank app. However, if you need to cancel the transaction, you can visit a Wing Bank branch or contact Wing Bank customer service at 023 999 989 or 012 999 489 for assistance. If your cancellation request is valid, our bank operations team will manually process a refund to your account, excluding the transfer fee.
11. How long does it take to process a transaction?
1. Transactions made before 10am will be processed in the first cycle on the same business day.
2. Transactions made between 10am and 2pm will be processed in the second cycle on the same business day.
3. Transactions made after 2pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
12. Will I be notified if my transaction is rejected or declined?
If your transaction is rejected or declined, you will be notified within 1 business day.
