Through Jib Jib Missions, customers can complete a variety of tasks within the Wing Bank App. These missions include making everyday transactions, paying utility bills such as electricity, water, and internet, applying for Wing Digital Loans, topping up mobile phones, opening Term Deposit Accounts, and opening a Save for a Goal Account to manage their savings and achieve their financial goals.The more missions complete, the more rewards they can earn.

How It Works

1. Open Wing Bank App

From the home screen, go to the Reward section and select Jib Jib Missions.

2. Check Available Missions

Explore the available missions and review the required steps to complete each one.

3. Complete the Mission

Follow the mission criteria shown in the app. Each mission will show the required progress and reward.

4. Claim Your Reward

Once the mission is completed, claim your Wingpoints or Golden Ticket directly in the app.

5. Join Monthly Lucky Draw

Golden Tickets collected from completed missions will count as lucky draw entries for the monthly prize draw.

Mission to Become Jib Jib Hero

Complete missions regularly to stay active in Wing Bank App and earn more rewards.

 

Some missions may refresh and increase after a completed mission. Incomplete missions may refresh at the beginning of the month, giving customers new chances to complete missions and collect rewards.

About Golden Tickets

Golden Tickets are lucky draw entries that customers can earn from eligible missions.

 

Each Golden Ticket counts as one lucky draw entry. The more Golden Tickets you collect, the more entries you have for the monthly lucky draw.

 

Golden Ticket balances can be viewed in the Reward section of the Wing Bank App.

  • Jib Jib Missions lucky draw is open to Wing Bank app user who receive Golden Tickets from eligible missions.  
  • Each Golden Ticket received from completed missions will count as one lucky draw entry.  
  • Golden Tickets will expire after the lucky draw announcement each month.  
  • Winners will be announced monthly through Wing Bank’s official Facebook page and the Winner of the Month section in Wing Bank App.
  • Wing Bank employees are excluded from this lucky draw.
