To open a Foreign Currency Account, customers need to maintain an active Wing Bank savings or current account in USD or KHR as the source account.

Each foreign currency requires a separate account, giving customers clearer control and transparency when managing different currencies. 

The Foreign Currency Account is available for non-cash transactions only. Foreign exchange conversions are made based on Wing Bank’s prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

For international inward and outward remittances, correspondent bank charges may apply where applicable. Account opening must be completed at a Wing Bank branch with valid identification documents.

All Foreign Currency Account services are subject to applicable regulatory requirements, including KYC/AML, NBC reporting, and FATCA/CRS where applicable.
