JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage WCX product to meet agent business needs.
- Conduct market scans to understand agent banking requirements and trends.
- Design WCX product features, tariffs, and pricing models aligned with agent needs.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Finance teams to implement product enhancements.
- Maintain product documentation, process flows, and business requirement specifications.
- Monitor fee income and revenue generated from agent activity.
- Recommend pricing, fee adjustments, or new revenue opportunities based on market insights.
- Collaborate with Finance and Business Intelligence teams to track performance metrics.
- Review WCX operational processes and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure system uptime, transaction efficiency, and SLA compliance.
- Gather feedback from agents to improve usability and satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to attract new agents and increase transaction volume.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years in product management, digital banking, or agent banking.
- Proven experience in managing commercial banking products or core banking platforms.
- Experience in collaborating with IT, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Banking core systems, agent banking, and digital banking operations.
- Product lifecycle management and revenue optimization.
- Data analytics, performance reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Professional appearance suitable for corporate and partner meetings.
- Good health to manage workload, meetings, and occasional field visits.
