JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products & programs.
- Develop pre-approved programs for business banking merchants & corporates .
- Review customer journey regularly to reduce friction in order to boost successful disbursement.
- Monitor & evaluate lending performance to maintain asset quality.
- Work closely with business team to minimize NPL.
- Identify market opportunities, refine market targeting & lead initiatives that increase unsecured lending pipelines.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to develop pre-approved logics for different customer segments.
- Own lead acquisition campaigns by working with Marketing & CRM team.
- Conduct monthly review to maximize customer NPS.
- Expertise in proposing unsecured lending programs & rolling out in LOS & FC systems with business team & technical team.
- Conduct market research and customer need analysis to maintain product competitiveness.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to align product procedures & policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–5 years in banking product marketing, business lending, project management or other related fields.
- Hands on experiences in cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, Marketing & Technical).
- Experience in analyzing customer behavior and creating actionable insights.
- Running go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns and product performance evaluation.
- Product knowledge & Strategic planning.
- Data analysis and reporting & Loan portfolio management.
- Initiative and Ownership.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement.
