JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, structure & enhance supply chain financing value proposition to tailor business banking customers' needs.
- Review customer journey regularly to reduce friction in order to boost successful disbursement.
- Build partnership programs to maintain continues engagement to increase utilization and product penetration.
- Monitor & evaluate lending performance to maintain asset quality.
- Work closely with business team to minimize NPL.
- Coordinate with Credit Risk and Legal to prepare and review proposals, agreements, and credit papers.
- Identify and onboard anchor corporates (large buyers or suppliers).
- Work with business team to build relationships with corporates, distributors, and SMEs along the value chain.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for lead acquisition campaigns.
- Work closely with relationship managers or business team to initiate digital supply chain financing programs by ensuring proper roll-out in LOS & FC systems with business team & technical team.
- Benchmark against market best practices to ensure competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (credit, risk, operations, legal, IT) to define product policies, workflows, and system integration with regulatory compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–5 years in supply chain financing, banking product marketing, business lending, or other related fields
- Hands on experiences in cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, Marketing & Technical).
- Experience in analyzing customer behavior and creating actionable insights.
- Running go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns and product performance evaluation.
- Product knowledge & Strategic planning.
- Data analysis and reporting.
