JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential merchants & create lead acquisition/referral campaigns.
- Review customer journey & reduce friction in merchant onboarding.
- Develop & launch self-onboarding journey with sales & technical team.
- Work with Business tribes to propose loyalty programs for merchants & relevant Wing users to drive active merchants.
- Work with Value Proposition managers & relevant stakeholders to cross-sell & upsell products to merchants.
- Identify untapped market opportunities thru regular research & survey.
- Initiate ideas & work on business cases for development proposal.
- Work closely with business, technical, regulatory & customer experience teams to enhance product offering to merchants.
- Own go-to-market strategies & communication for initiative launching.
- Drive business growth by developing and optimizing merchant QR product suites for merchants.
- Monitor & evaluate program performances.
- Ensure branding visibility & training materials necessary to merchant onboarding & refreshment.
- Conduct monthly review to maximize customer NPS.
- Work closely with Customer experience team to review & monitor merchant inquiries, complaint & issue resolution.
- Keep up-to-date competitor activity review.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years in merchant management, customer segmentation, product marketing, or other related fields.
- Proven track record of running acquisition/retention/win-back campaigns - merchant related is a plus.
- Experience in analyzing customer behavior and creating actionable insights.
- Running go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns and marketing communication execution.
- Customer segmentation & Marketing and campaign lifecycle management.
- Product lifecycle & user experience concepts.
- Data analytics & reporting tools (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional appearance suitable for corporate environment.
- Good health to handle workload, stress, and long hours if required.
