1. How can I use the safe deposit box service?
You can apply for the safe deposit box service at Wing Tower by submitting your ID card or identification document. During the agreement signing with Wing Bank, you can also select the box size and storage period.
2. What happens in the case of the death of the owner of the rental box?
In the event of the owner's death, the safe deposit box will be transferred to the rightful or legal heirs. They must provide certain documents such as an ID card, a contact certificate, and a certificate of authorization to access the safe deposit box.
3. How can I cancel my safe deposit box contract?
You can cancel the contract by submitting a written notice at least one month before the end of the contract period. Return your keys and card and clear out the contents from your safe deposit box.
4. What is the size of the box?
Small box size: 3” x 10” x 24”
Medium box size: 5” x 10” x 24”
Large box size: 10'' x 10'' x 24”
5. In case of loss or damage to the deposit box material, will Wing Bank be responsible?
If there is any damage or loss of items, the customer will receive $5,000/box of insurance (subject to approval by the insurance company). The agreement with Wing Bank is a security deposit lease agreement, and Wing Bank does not inspect customer items.
6. What materials does Wing Bank allow to be deposited?
Wing Bank accepts all legal materials for deposit.
7. How does Wing Bank ensure customer's privacy?
Wing Bank does not inspect the items deposited in the safe deposit box. Additionally, there are curtains in the safe room for customer privacy.
