Job Summary
Manage daily cash positions, liquidity planning, and treasury operations. Execute FX and money market transactions, prepare cash flow forecasts and reports, maintain banking relationships, and ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor daily cash positions and bank balances, prepare cash flow forecasts, and support effective liquidity planning to ensure sufficient funding for business operations.
- Execute foreign exchange transactions, money market placements, and intercompany funding activities in line with approved policies and risk limits.
- Support daily treasury operational activities and settlements
- Assist in managing banking relationships, maintaining authorized signatory controls, and coordinating with banks on operational and transactional matters.
- Prepare treasury-related reports including cash positions, FX exposure, debt schedules, and funding summaries for management review and decision-making.
- Support compliance with internal treasury controls, audit requirements, and regulatory reporting.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and control evidence for treasury activities.
- Assist in preparing hedge documentation, effectiveness testing, and related support under IFRS, including hedge accounting requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Working Experience
- Experience in treasury operations, finance, or banking roles is preferred.
- Exposure to cash management, FX transactions, or financial risk management will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including Power Query and financial modeling.
- Good understanding of foreign exchange, interest rate products, and liquidity management.
- Familiarity with ISDA agreements and hedge accounting principles is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong sense of accountability, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
