• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for server provisioning, configuration management, patching, and system lifecycle management. 
• Maintain automation repositories and enforce version control best practices. 
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CMDB, monitoring systems, cloud platforms, identity management systems, ITSM tools, and business applications. 
• Build and maintain APIs, connectors, and integration scripts to collect, enrich, and synchronize configuration and asset data. 
• Ensure CMDB data quality through automated discovery, reconciliation, and validation processes. 
• Troubleshoot integration failures and optimize data synchronization performance. 
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency. 
• Develop reusable automation modules and workflows. 
• Automate collection and processing of infrastructure, application, and service metrics. 
• Support log aggregation, analytics, and alerting solutions. 
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and resilient. 
• Maintain technical documentation for automation workflows, integrations, APIs, and system architecture. 
• Follow security, compliance, and change management requirements. 
• Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure automation, system integration, DevOps, or platform engineering roles. 
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform or other IaC platforms 
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps. 
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell / Python. 
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions. 
• Experience working with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations. 
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. 
• Experience with Windows Server administration and automation. 
• Understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and identity management concepts. 
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, Grafana, and similar technologies. 
• Experience with log management and analytics platforms such as ELK Stack. 
• Understanding of observability concepts, metrics, logs, and alerting. 
• Experience with virtualization technologies. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, GCP, AWS. 
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage. 
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions is advantage 
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is preferred.
