Lead and mentor a team of developers, set expectations, and foster technical growth.
Define architecture, tools, and frameworks aligned with business and security needs.
Manage technical delivery of projects, mitigate risks, and ensure sprint alignment.
Quality Assurance & Governance
Work with QA and DevOps to maintain release quality and infrastructure integrity.
Collaborate with product, QA, and business leaders to align development strategy with priorities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred)
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus
5+ years of experience in backend and full-stack development
3+ years of experience in managing engineering teams
Proven experience delivering scalable digital products
Hands-on experience with microservices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
Proven experience on coding standards and ensure high-quality code through reviews and testing strategies
Deep understanding of system design and backend infrastructure
Familiarity with security standards and data privacy in banking systems
Experience balancing project deadlines with technical debt
Awareness of fintech regulatory and compliance factors
