JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects
  • Development and release of mobile banking applications on iOS and Android, ensuring high performance, usability, and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and QA to ensure successful delivery
  • Ensure projects meet internal governance, banking compliance, security, and risk management standards
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Support Agile ceremonies and project milestones, adjusting methods based on project complexity and stakeholder needs
  • Provide clear and structured communication to project sponsors and senior leadership, including progress updates, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Drive continuous improvement through project retrospectives, lessons learned, and best practices sharing

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in IT project management within the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven experience managing at least two of the following areas:
  • Government or regulatory system integration
  • Cross-border payments, SWIFT, or bill payment platforms
  • Mobile banking application development
  • Solid understanding of both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall/SDLC project delivery frameworks
  • Proficiency in project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
