Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects
Development and release of mobile banking applications on iOS and Android, ensuring high performance, usability, and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and QA to ensure successful delivery
Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Support Agile ceremonies and project milestones, adjusting methods based on project complexity and stakeholder needs
Provide clear and structured communication to project sponsors and senior leadership, including progress updates, risks, and mitigation plans
Drive continuous improvement through project retrospectives, lessons learned, and best practices sharing
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in IT project management within the banking or financial services industry
Proven experience managing at least two of the following areas:
Government or regulatory system integration
Cross-border payments, SWIFT, or bill payment platforms
Mobile banking application development
Solid understanding of both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall/SDLC project delivery frameworks
Proficiency in project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
