JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and monitor the delivery of repeatable IT integration projects (e.g., bill payment, payment gateways, service APIs).
  • Work closely with internal development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure integration readiness and deployment schedules.
  • Liaise with external vendors or service providers to facilitate system connectivity, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Support coordination of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) with relevant teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of system integration concepts, APIs, or payment systems is desirable.
  • Project coordination or Agile training/certification (CAPM, Agile Fundamentals) is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience supporting IT projects, especially in payment systems or third-party integrations.
  • Experience in banking, fintech, or system integration environments is an advantage.
