JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications to support business and operational requirements.
- Design, analyze, and optimize database structures to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, propose solutions, and deliver effective outcomes.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, automation testing, and adherence to development best practices.
- Manage and support application release activities, including planning, testing, and deployment coordination.
- Perform application deployment and monitor system performance to ensure stability and reliability.
- Execute DevOps-related activities, including environment setup, configuration, maintenance, and basic infrastructure support.
- Design and develop scalable backend applications and services.
- Lead database design, data modeling, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions to business challenges.
- Drive software quality assurance by enforcing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and implementing automated testing practices.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute application releases to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage application deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
- Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management, server configuration, and infrastructure maintenance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience developing applications using Java and Spring Framework.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational database management systems.
- Basic knowledge of Microservices Architecture and API-based development.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and cloud-native application concepts.
- Understanding of database design, normalization, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles, clean coding standards, and software development best practices.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Jira, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines, is an advantage.
