JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build reporting and analyze data to present insights concisely
  • Design and develop reports on reporting tools
  • Maintain reporting source code and queries
  • Maintain and enhance any developed system after feedback from internal customers
  • Maintain and enhance BI solutions and automation reporting
  • Develop and prepare strategies for Business Intelligence processes for the organization
  • Analyze and communicate business needs by translating business requirements into software requirements
  • Work closely with data experts to produce ad-hoc/daily operational reporting
  • Teamwork and joint decision-making
  • Maintains communications about mutual expectations
  • Works with Users, Business Project Managers, IT Support Team, IT PMO, Finance, Commercial, and other stakeholders to understand needs and tailor solutions
  • Join meetings with internal/external customers to discuss requirements
  • Resolve tickets requested in system (Jira/Ameyo)
  • Assist team in data management projects when needed
  • Train requesters and business end users on functions or systems after successful development

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's in information technology
  • Hands on experience in Power BI, Database systems (Oracle SQL, Pogress, NoSQL)
  • Good understanding of mobile financial system, core banking, digital ecommerce
  • Business analysis, operation reporting, business concept, product feature
  • Highly complex problem-solving and critical thinking
  • 5 years experiences In data analysis, business concept & flow and reporting platform, Oracle database, Postgres, SQL Server & Data warehouse
  • Creative, good problem solving and research skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration
  • Adapt with changed management and new environment and highly complex problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Good communication with relevant stakeholders & Good on people and task management
  • Professional workplace appearance
  • Good mental and physical health
  • Comfortable with prolonged computer work
