JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the overall sales training strategy aligned with business objectives and sales priorities.
- Create annual and quarterly training plans to build sales capabilities and support business growth.
- Partner with Sales Leaders and key stakeholders to identify strategic learning and development needs.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the sales organization.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify sales competency gaps and development opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance data and business requirements to determine training priorities.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve sales training curricula, learning materials, and development programs.
- Ensure training content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with market trends and business needs.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Monitor training outcomes and their impact on sales productivity, customer experience, and business results.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve learning effectiveness and business performance.
- Track key learning and development KPIs and report results to management.
- Establish and maintain training policies, standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Manage training budgets, schedules, resources, and learning systems efficiently.
- Ensure accurate training records, compliance requirements, and reporting are maintained.
- Oversee training administration activities and ensure the effective execution of all training initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 3 years in Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Capability Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing learning frameworks and development programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficient in learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent training facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess performance gaps and develop effective learning solutions.
- Good physical and mental well-being to effectively manage workload and responsibilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for training delivery, coaching, and business coordination.
