The Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) forges a strategic partnership with Wing Bank to actively promote
financial literacy among its members.

The Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) has recently signed a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) with Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc to equip its youth members with the necessary financial literacy
knowledge for their daily lives through experiencing cutting-edge digital banking solutions and participating in other
initiatives. This MoU has been signed by H.E. Samheng Bora, Secretary of State to the Miniter of Commerce and member of
the Central Committee of UYFC, and Mr. Hor Bunthe, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Wing Bank.

This momentous occasion was graced and witnessed by H. E. Hun Many, Minister of Civil Service and President of UYFC, and
Neak Oknha Kith Meng, Chairman of Wing Bank and Chaiman & CEO of Royal Group of Companies.

H. E. Hun Many said, “This partnership with Wing Bank reflects our unwavering commitment to nurturing the potential of
Cambodian youths. We seek to provide our members with the knowledge and resources to make informed financial decisions
and pursue their lives’ goals.”

The partnership aims to explore opportunities to provide financial literacy training to the members of UYFC, facilitate
internships at Wing Bank, and implement other youth support initiatives.

Neak Oknha Kith Meng said, “This MoU signifies our commitment to fostering financial inclusion and empowerment for the
youth of Cambodia. We are confident that through our joint initiatives, we will contribute to building a financially
savvy and resilient generation.”
