Terms & Conditions 

• The promotion is available to all eligible Wing UnionPay Platinum Debit Cardholders. 
• Each eligible Wing UnionPay Platinum Debit Card is entitled to 3% cash rebate on each eligible transaction, up to USD 35 per transaction, with no minimum spend requirement. 
• The maximum total cash rebate is USD 250 per eligible card for the entire promotion period. 
• The promotion applies only to eligible cross-border transactions made in the 10 participating markets listed above. 
• Cash rebate will be automatically credited to the eligible Wing Bank account linked to the Wing UnionPay Platinum Debit Card. 
• The promotion is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to the allocated promotion budget. 
• Cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transactions will not qualify for cash rebate. Wing Bank reserves the right to reverse any cash rebate already credited for such transactions. 
• Wing Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder and/or withhold or reverse cash rebate in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation, misuse, abuse, or artificial transactions. 
• In the event of any dispute regarding transaction eligibility or cash rebate calculation, Wing Bank's transaction records and determination shall be final. 
• Wing Bank and UnionPay International reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
