Mr. Bunthe Hor is the Deputy CEO of Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc, with nearly 15 years of leadership in digital finance. Since Wing’s early days, he has been central to its transformation from a mobile payment service into a leading digital commercial bank.​ Recognized for driving financial inclusion, Bunthe has pioneered innovative payment models that positioned Wing as a market leader in digital banking, payroll, remittances, and merchant services. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK), he combines global-standard expertise with deep experience in financial management across banking, investment, and trade.

Ms. Winnyda Kith is the Chief Marketing Officer at Wing Bank, where she leads brand and marketing strategy to strengthen the bank’s connection with Cambodian consumers, particularly the youth segment. She drives culturally relevant campaigns, strategic partnerships, and innovative initiatives that advance financial accessibility and engagement in a digital-first landscape. Exposed to a strong finance and international business environment during her time in London, she brings a global perspective to financial services marketing. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Global Management from Regent’s University London.

Mr. Chiv Dara is the Chief Financial Officer at Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc, bringing over two decades of expertise in banking operation and accounting profession. An ACCA-qualified professional, he has held senior leadership roles from the biggest local banks and regional bank, where he specialized in management accounting, business analytics, tax, CIFRS, treasury & ALM and financial budgeting and strategy. Since joining Wing Bank in 2021, Dara has overseen financial operations, ALM, CIFRS, tax and risk management, contributing to the institution’s growth as a leading digital commercial bank. His global-standard qualifications and proven track record position him as a trusted leader in Cambodia’s financial sector. 

 

Mr. Soeurng Uth

Mr. Soeurng Uth has held senior leadership positions across Cambodia’s financial sector, including CEO roles at Ly Hour Microfinance Institution and SBI Ly Hour Bank, and senior management posts at ANZ Royal Bank and Panda Commercial Bank. With expertise in corporate finance, credit risk, and executive management, he has been instrumental in shaping strategies that expand access to financial services and strengthen operational efficiency. Holding an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Management, Mr. Uth combines global-standard financial knowledge with deep local market insight, positioning him as a key leader in advancing Wing Bank’s personal banking services.

Before joining Wing in 2021, she held senior compliance leadership roles at Hattha Bank, Cathay United Bank, and SBC Bank.  Ms. Heng combines global-standard compliance expertise with deep knowledge of Cambodia’s financial sector. Her work focuses on strengthening anti-money laundering frameworks, fraud prevention, and operational risk management, positioning her as a trusted leader in advancing Wing Bank’s governance and regulatory standards.

Mr. Marek Matas is a global risk management leader with over a decade of experience, known for steering financial institutions through complex regulatory landscapes and emerging market challenges.  Educated at the Czech Technical University in Prague, Marek combines European technical rigor with deep knowledge of emerging Asian markets Currently serving as Chief Risk Officer at Wing Bank in Cambodia, he has held senior leadership roles across Southeast Asia and Europe, including Tonik Digital Bank and Home Credit Indonesia, earning a reputation for turning risk frameworks into engines of growth and resilience.
