Wing Bank’s Account Closure Notice

Wing Bank’s ongoing efforts to maintain a secure, accurate, and up-to-date banking system.

Dear Valued Customer, 

 

As part of Wing Bank’s ongoing efforts to maintain a secure, accurate, and up-to-date banking system, we will begin closing certain accounts that meet any of the following conditions: 

  • Accounts with no transaction activity for more than 12 months, regardless of balance. 
  • Accounts are currently under suspended status, regardless of balance. 

 

Accounts meeting any of the above conditions may be identified for closure as part of Wing Bank's account maintenance and compliance process commencing from 17 September 2026. If you still wish to use Wing Bank services, you may continue using your existing active account or open a new Wing Bank account anytime through the Wing Bank App, at your nearest Wing Bank agent, or by visiting the nearest Wing Bank branch.
