Announcement for Dormant Accounts Closure

Please be informed that Wing Bank may close accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months or have had no transactions since the account opening date.

Dear Valued Customers,

 

Please be informed that Wing Bank may close bank accounts that are either:

 

  • The account has remained inactive for more than 12 months; or
  • The account has had no transactions since the account opening date.

 

Such accounts are considered Dormant Accounts under Wing Bank's Terms and Conditions and applicable policies.

 

Please note:

  • A USD 25 (or KHR equivalent) System Maintenance Fee will be deducted before account closure.
  • Closed accounts cannot be used for transactions.
  • Transactions to closed accounts may be rejected or returned.
  • A new account opening may be required after closure.

 

If you wish to keep your account active, please perform a transaction, contact our Contact Centre, or visit your nearest Wing Bank branch before the account closure.
