Moving Money across borders, made easier with Wing Bank

Phnom Penh, 17 September 2026 - Until 31 December 2026, Wing Bank customers can enjoy 0% selected Wing Bank fees on eligible inward and outward international transfers, helping individuals and businesses keep more of their money when receiving funds from overseas or making payments abroad. 
 

Customers receiving money from overseas through an Inward Telegraphic Transfer into an eligible Wing Bank Foreign Currency Account or USD Account can enjoy a 0% receiving fee, waived from the usual 0.10%. The offer applies to transfers received in US dollars and selected foreign currencies, with no minimum transfer amount. 

 

This means more of the money sent to you, stays with you. 

 

The fee waiver can benefit exporters receiving proceeds from international buyers, professionals receiving salaries or business income from overseas, and customers who regularly receive international payments. 

 

For exporters and businesses receiving payments from international buyers, professionals earing income overseas, and customers who frequently receive money from abroad, the promotion provides a simple way to reduce cost of managing international payments. 

 
Send Money Overseas and Save at least 30 USD in Wing Bank Fees. 

 

Businesses paying international suppliers can save even more. Customers making an Outward Telegraphic Transfer from a Wing Bank Foreign Currency Account can enjoy: 

 

- 0% commission fee; waived from 0.15% or a minimum of USD 15 

- together with a 0% cable fee; waived from USD 15.  

- at least 30 USD saved in Wing Bank fees per eligible outward transfer. 

 

The offer for outward transfers covers 10 major currencies: Euro, British Pound, Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Japanese Yen, Chinese Yuan, Hong Kong Dollar, Thai Baht, and Vietnamese Dong.  

 

Outward transfers in US dollars are not included in the promotion. 

 

For importers and businesses that pay overseas suppliers, these savings reduce international payment costs, making cross border transactions more cost efficient.

Customers who regularly transact in different currencies can benefit more with Wing Bank Foreign Currency Account. 

 

This account allows them to hold, send, receive and manage foreign currencies directly, giving them greater control over when they convert funds and helping to reduce in unnecessary currency conversions. Preferential foreign exchange rates are accessible through Wing Bank’s treasury division when needed.
