New partnership enables fast, secure digital transactions for port customers

Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc to enhance digital payment solutions, aiming to streamline cargo handling and expand financial access for traders and logistics providers across Cambodia.

The MoU signing ceremony was presided over by H.E. Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia and Chairman and CEO of PAS, alongside Neak Oknha Kith Meng, Chairman of Wing Bank and CEO of the Royal Group of Companies.

This is a major step toward a more modern and responsive port system. Digital payments will accelerate cargo release, reduce congestion, and improve service delivery throughout the logistics chain.

Through this partnership, PAS customers can now make payments via the PAS Mobile app using Wing Bank and KHQR, enabling real-time and secure transactions.

This partnership marks a significant milestone in Cambodia’s journey toward a more connected, efficient, and digitally empowered trade ecosystem.
