To send money abroad via Western Union on the Wing Bank App, follow these steps:

 

  • Go to the Wing Bank app 
  • Navigate to "World Transfer"
  • Enter the preferred country (e.g., "Australia").
  • Select the partner "Western Union."
  • Choose Payment Currency “USD”
  • Select the Service Type "Bank Deposit" or "Cash Pickup”
  • Complete all required information, then click “SEND ”
  • Verify the information then click "CONFIRM" 
  • Input your PIN code to complete the transaction.

 

From the Wing Bank app receipt's successful screen, you will receive the reference code for the receiver to perform a cash pickup in the receiving countries. For bank deposits, there is no reference code; the receiver will receive the money instantly into their bank account.

To send money abroad via Western Union at Wing Bank branches or Wing nearby, follow these steps:

 

  • Visit any Wing branches & Wing nearby.
  • Bring your Wing Bank Account; customers must have a Full KYC Wing Bank Account for international money transfers.
  • Complete other necessary information on the form provided.
  • Confirm and input your PIN on the POS machine to complete the transaction.
  • Wing will provide you with a receipt containing the reference code for the receiver to perform a cash pickup in the receiving countries. For bank deposits, there is no reference code; the receiver will receive the money instantly into their bank account.

 

REQUIREMENT: The sender must be a full KYC customer with a Wing Bank app.

The receiver in Cambodia can easily get money into the Wing Bank account or by using the 10-digit code on Code to Wing function by following a few simple steps:
