How to Transfer Money with easy2send

• Registration: Begin by registering your transfer information.  
• Verification:2C2P will process your account verification.
• Top-Up: Top up your easyWallet balance.
• Transfer:Once your easy2send registration is approved, you will receive an easyWallet card, allowing you to top up or transfer money through various online and offline channels.

Follow the steps below to send money:

Online

• Visit the easyWallet page.
• For your initial transfer, create an easyWallet web account:
• Enter the phone number used for easy2send registration.
• Receive an OTP via SMS and enter it for verification.
• Create a password for your account.
• Log in anytime with your phone number and password to transfer money online.
• You can also add new recipients beyond those listed during your easy2send registration.
• Scan the QR code from easyWallet card from mobile banking application

Offline

• Bring your easyWallet card to any of our partner service points (refer to the list on your easyWallet card).
• At the service point, staff will assist you with your money transfer, and please note that fees may apply.

How to receive

Via Wing Bank Account Deposit

The recipient won't be required to take any action; the funds will be instantly credited to their Wing Bank account.

Please note that the customer must have a full-KYC (Know Your Customer) Wing Bank account.

To the Receiver’s Phone Number

For transfers to the receiver's phone number, you have two options:

1. Receive via Code To Wing on the Wing Bank App using a 8-digit code:

The recipient in Cambodia can easily receive money in their Wing Bank account by following these simple steps:

• Go to the Wing Bank app 
• Go to "Code To Wing."
• Tap on "Wing"
• Enter the reference number (8-digit code) and click “SEND”
• Verify the information then click "CONFIRM"
• Input your 4-digit PIN code to complete the transaction.

Note: The customer must have a full-KYC Wing Bank account, and the receiver's first name and last name MUST match the Wing account holder’s name.

2. Cash Pickup at Wing Bank Branch & Wing Nearby:

The recipient can collect the money at any Wing Bank branch or Wing nearby by presenting the following documents:

• Bring along a mobile phone.
• The 8-digit cash pickup code.

Note: The receiver’s name should match the information provided by the sender.

LIMITATION

Transfer amount and fee charge

The maximum amount for cash Pickup is USD 1,000 (Approximately 35,000 Thai baht) per transaction and USD 3,000 (Approximately 100,000 Thai baht) per day.

The maximum transfer amount to the Wing Bank account is USD 2,500 (Approximately 80,000 Thai baht) per transaction and USD 5,000 (Approximately 170,000 Thai baht) per day.
