Managing daily tasks: 

• Define and execute the IT Infrastructure strategy aligned with the bank’s business objectives and digital roadmap.  
• Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure teams covering data center, network, server, cloud, storage, and enduser computing.  
•  Prepare and manage IT infrastructure budgets, cost optimization, and capacity planning. 
• Performs analysis of network, server, storage and system needs and contributes to design of storage, system and network 
• Ensure infrastructure is healthy and always available for business support 
• Ensure that the server uptime is meeting the metrics. 
• Work closely with the security operations team for managing system access and system security 
• Oversee the configuration and management of the IT infrastructure to support requirements in areas such as data retention, security, business continuity, disaster recovery planning/testing and information risk management. 
• Oversee installs, configuration, upgrades, administration, monitoring, maintenance, and security for the agency 
• Manage on-going projects and distribute tasks to the team 
• Develops, maintains and tests disaster recovery plans. 

• ​​Bachelor/Master Degree in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience. 
• ​Certified in ITIL, PIC DSS, Project Management​ 
• ​​7 years working experience in related infrastructure roles 
• ​5 years experience in leading infrastructure in some large organization 
• ​Well-known and understand the network, server, storage, Virtualization, Kubernetes and other related systems 
• ​Experience of leading overall infrastructure for a complex organization and network, including multicounty setup, VLAN setup for regulatory requirement, managing data protection, etc 
• ​Good financial management of budgets and reporting 
• ​Experience of the procurement of products and services, and the monitoring and management of contracted services provided by external organization.​ 
• ​​Knowledge of Retail banking (deposits, loans, cards), Corporate & SME banking, Digital banking & payment services 
• ​Knowledge of Critical business services, Core Banking System (CBS), Internet & Mobile Banking, Payment systems (ATM, POS, SWIFT, national payment switch)​
