JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform sales analysis and planning to achieve business targets; develop sales management tools with close monitoring of sales activities and trends by partners and sales unit.
  • Develop & implement business strategies.
  • Manage and monitor all the Prakas from relavent regulators for the reporting
  • Review the process flow to be complaint with the Prakas

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking Business, Economics, Business Management, Communication, or a similar quantitative discipline.
  • 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in Bancassurance, handling bancassurance business, partnerships, and banking channels. Experience in these areas is deemed advantageous.
  • Business Intelligence & Insight: Capability to gather market insights and data
  • Government & Regulatory Handling & Reporting
