Perform sales analysis and planning to achieve business targets; develop sales management tools with close monitoring of sales activities and trends by partners and sales unit.
Develop & implement business strategies.
Manage and monitor all the Prakas from relavent regulators for the reporting
Review the process flow to be complaint with the Prakas
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Banking Business, Economics, Business Management, Communication, or a similar quantitative discipline.
3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in Bancassurance, handling bancassurance business, partnerships, and banking channels. Experience in these areas is deemed advantageous.
