Verify customer identification and required documents to confirm their eligibility
Follow up team for any incomplete document
Issue Check and also verify check before transfer to clearing department
Clearing own check from Wing Agent
Be an auditing for branch documents to ensure that they are compliance with internal policies and procedures
Check and verify all account opening application with system if they are accurate and efficient
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related filed
Minimum 1 year experience as an operations officer, customer service or related skills
Be able to use English
Be able to use Ms. Office
