JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain secure, efficient and accurate filling to keep the confidentiality of customers and serve as a reference for any further settlement of dispute
  • Verify customer identification and required documents to confirm their eligibility
  • Follow up team for any incomplete document
  • Issue Check and also verify check before transfer to clearing department
  • Clearing own check from Wing Agent
  • Be an auditing for branch documents to ensure that they are compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Check and verify all account opening application with system if they are accurate and efficient

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related filed
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an operations officer, customer service or related skills
  • Be able to use English
  • Be able to use Ms. Office
