JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD workflows with rollback, blue/green, and canary strategies.
  • Maintain Kubernetes clusters across prod/staging/DR, ensuring uptime, performance, and failover readiness.
  • Manage Git, Nexus, Jenkins, monitoring, and alerting tools used across development teams.
  • Implement security scanning (SAST, DAST), secret rotation, and IAM controls aligned with audit practices.
  • Enforce version control, deployment policies, and service consistency across environments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field 
  • ​​​2+ years in DevOps or site reliability roles
  • ​Proven experience managing cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform)
  • ​Led CI/CD automation for complex microservice environments
  • ​Experience with monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation tools​​
  • ​​​Strong knowledge of secure deployment practices in financial or banking systems
  • ​Familiar with ITIL, SLA monitoring, and operational risk management
  • ​Understands business-critical uptime needs and service-level accountability
  • ​Experience supporting agile squads and fast-paced delivery teams​​
