JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design effective digital system training that enables confident user adoption
  • Convert documented digital processes into structured learning concepts
  • Improve system adoption and reduce user errors through effective training design
  • Establish a scalable and structured digital training library
  • Ensure training content remains aligned with system and process changes
  • Design training concepts, learning objectives, and learning flows for digital systems
  • Apply adult learning principles to ensure training effectiveness and retention
  • Define role-based learning depth (basic / advanced / functional)
  • Work closely with Digital Process Documentation team to understand SOPs and system logic
  • Transform documented processes into training-ready learning structures
  • Validate learning content accuracy with documentation and system owners
  • Deliver digital system training sessions (virtual or in-person) when required
  • Reinforce learning through practical demonstrations and use-case scenarios
  • Identify recurring user errors and address them through improved training design
  • Define training formats (guided walkthroughs, step-by-step demos, practice-based learning)
  • Initiate and design training materials (videos, guides, demos) based on learning needs
  • Ensure training content remains aligned with system and process changes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, L&D, Communications, Business, IT, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital training, instructional design, or system training
  • Experience designing training concepts for digital systems or platforms
  • Experience delivering system or application training
  • Portfolio of training materials, learning frameworks, or digital training programs is required
  • Knowledge in Instructional design and adult learning principles, Training design methodologies (role-based, scenario-based learning), Learning content lifecycle and governance, Digital tools and platforms used for internal training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
