Job Summary

The Manager, Digital Payment Product Management, is responsible for managing the lifecycle of digital products and features. This includes gathering requirements, drafting and analyzing use cases, defining product specifications, and coordinating delivery with IT project execution lead and technology teams. The role ensures that the bank's payment products remain competitive, compliant, and customer centric.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage product roadmap and backlog for digital payment products (e.g. KHQR, transfers, cards, payment integrations, etc.)
  • Conduct user research, business requirement gathering, and impact analysis for new product features or enhancements.
  • Prepare and review business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and test cases with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with IT project execution team, Technology, Finance Analysis Support, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Support senior management in defining product strategy and implementation timelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Working Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital payments, fintech, or banking, and least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Business Understanding
    • Knowledge of digital payments, QR, card payments, and core banking systems
    • Strong analytical and documentation skills
    • Experience in agile/scrum delivery is a plus
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
