Job Summary
Responsible for preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to support all Commercial functions. The role manages business planning and forecasting tools, collaborates with Finance, BI, and Operations for data reconciliation, and supports internal documentation for management approvals. Additionally, it compiles commercial data for review meetings and ensures timely, accurate reporting to drive business decisions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting: Daily tracking report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) to support all Commercial functions (Sales & Distribution, Corporate Solution, Marketing, Wing Commerce and Bank).
- Manage, maintain and upgrade business planning and forecasting tool.
- Cross Department Reporting: Work closely with Finance, BI, Operation team for reporting data and reconciliation
- Supporting Document Process: Support internal document for management approval as Sales Quarterly Incentive, Monthly/Weekly Wing Agent and MSF Commission (Upfront/Back), and Monthly OT Sales.
- Commercial Data Compilation: Compilation relevant data to support all business segment for Commercial Review Meeting Weekly/Monthly
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree, preferred on IT Programming/Economic or Relevant ( +knowledge in Managing Data is advantage)
- At least 2 years of Commercial Data management and analysis
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written English Excellence organization and time management skills
- Having high level of confidentiality, integrity and business ethics
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good computer literacy, especially in MS Worlds, Excel and Power Point, (Understand on SQL Script, Access, Tableau & Power BI is Advantage).
