Job Summary
Support HR initiatives through creative design for internal communications, employee engagement, onboarding, and employer branding. Assist with event collateral, HR documentation, and maintain design templates aligned with brand guidelines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design visuals for HR programs, events, and internal announcements.
- Create onboarding materials and engagement content.
- Support employer branding and internal campaigns.
- Assist with photo/video edits for HR events.
- Maintain HR design templates and asset library.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut) and photography.
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and presentation design.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of SharePoint/Teams or intranet content is a plus.
