• Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of Treasury technology platforms supporting trading, liquidity management, securities, and funding operations. 
• Define and maintain the technical roadmap for treasury systems, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with the Bank’s core banking system and other enterprise platforms. 
• Collaborate with Treasury business teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system solutions. 
• Oversee development, configuration, and technical implementation of treasury systems, including vendor platforms and internally developed solutions. 
• Ensure system integrations across Core Banking, Treasury systems, payment platforms, and data warehouses operate efficiently and securely. 
• Establish strong technical governance frameworks, including development standards, coding practices, and system documentation. 
• Work closely with Information Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure treasury platforms comply with NBC regulations, internal IT policies, and security standards. 
• Lead vendor management activities related to treasury systems, including implementation projects, upgrades, and technical support. 
• Provide technical leadership in major treasury system initiatives including new product launches, system enhancements, and platform modernization. 
• Support disaster recovery planning, system resilience design, and infrastructure optimization for treasury technology platforms. 

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking technology, financial systems, or treasury system implementation. 
• Strong experience in treasury systems, financial trading platforms, or capital market systems. 
• Experience in system architecture, platform integration, and financial system implementation projects. 
• Exposure to treasury products including FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, and liquidity management. 
• Experience working with Core Banking Systems, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), or trading platforms. 
• Experience managing vendors, system implementation projects, and technology teams.
